"WOW....faith in humanity restored...Ordered a replacement Yamaha CDI assembly from them. Knowledgeable staff ensured I ordered the right replacement part and they were one of few places that had it in stock. Part was delivered or at least left their facility. Tracked it and noticed that it got held up at a USPS facility in my home state. Contacted USPS who told me they apparently "lost" the package. Filed a claim with USPS and they offered me 6% of what part cost as reimbursement for their inability to deliver the package. Contacted customer service at Boats.net and without even blinking they offered to send me a replacement part at no cost via UPS 2nd day air to get me back on the water and they even offered to take over the claim with USPS. FAR EXCEEDED my expectations!!!! Other companies need to take note....that is how you do customer service proper. They just earned a lifetime of business from me. I will not shop anywhere else....period. Absolutely amazing. "
