"I was trying to replace a missing bolt. I'm clueless when it comes to hardware and it turns out the bolt I need is very rare .. a furniture bolt which sadly Bolt Depot didn't have. The staff was courteous and the delivery was phenomenal..I physically came to Bolt Depot to see if they could better identify the bolt..some things just can't be done over the internet..until a 3d computer capability is affordable you need to go in person if you are not in the know about fasteners. The customer service person sized the bolt and identified the type for me to see if I can find that particular bolt elsewhere It is a shame the bolt that I need to replace is probably one made in China because no vendor seems to have a furniture bolt with a hex drive 5/16-18 that is 2 1/4" long. It's not them it's stupid Adesso furniture company..don't have a clue who their fastener supplier is."
