"Have not received the product yet, but expect it is good. Pricing is good, but these guys have not figured out that small quantities can be shipped VERY cheaply using US postal service flat rate. So I had the coupler bolt order shipped UPS to my Denver office for more money than US Post Office flat rate, then had my Denver office repackage it in a US Post office flat rate box and send it on to me in Hawaii. This ridiculous procedure was still WAY cheaper than shipping direct from Bolt Depot using the limited shipping options they offer.
Hope they consider broadening their options. Rural addresses all over the contiguous 48 states would benefit, as would all of us "orphans" in Hawaii and Alaska."
