Bob never really went in depth with us about the car's specs, including the fact that it didn't come with material carpets/floor mats. When asked about the transmission, he said that it was covered. He only wanted to sell us on the car. Bob, after we agreed on a deal, he crossed out a lot of things on the "upgrade" list. Ian, the finance person, needs to inform customers more on what the prices of warranties are and what they cover. Neither of them cared about how much we were paying, just cared about selling us their products/services. Very poor experience, which I have never experienced since I have been buying cars. "
