"I have ordered 2 oxygen sensors for my car. But I have to call the dealer to match the part number with the parts I am looking for. In this case, part numbers 89465-48170 and 89465-48180. They are identified as oxygen sensors, but not the bank number. In the title of a part should be which part it is. In this case, bank 2, sensor 2, and bank 1, sensor 2, respectively. It is annoying and inefficient to have to make a phone call when it should be written right there in the title of the part. "

Then the site won't proceed to order the part until I supply the VIN supposedly so the right part is ordered. B.S. You looked at the part. You looked up the part. You printed the information out and gave that to me. You said I could get a discount by using this site instead of over the counter. Then you may not even order it if somebody else who never saw the part needed doesn't think this is the right one. This is why I shop elsewhere."

"They had the part listed on there web page as in stock. My local dealer said he did not have the part in stock and would have to order it. So I bought it on line from Bommarito Toyota in Hazelwood which is 60 miles round trip. An email the next day said they didn’t have the part and would have to order it. Got the part the next day and drove the 60 miles to pick it up. Part was fine and fit perfectly. Just wish they would have not advertised the part as in stock, I could have ordered part from my local dealer which is 6 miles away."
