"Ordered a book that said it had a disc with it and it did not. They said they didn't advertise one, so sent them their official advertisement. They then said send it back at my cost, return receipt, for a refund. We did and waited. They then said they didn't receive it, gave them the signature confirmation number. Two months later, no refund, had to go through PayPal. I would NOT buy water if I was dying of thirst from these crooks.
