"A terrible experience.

My item was lost in the mail, apparently, and when I asked seller if there was tracking available so I could contact USPS about it, I got a rude and condescending response from "Mark R", that included chastisement for not allowing enough time to pass (two weeks had already passed) and a condescending explanation that weekends are not business days.

When I was asked a couple days later to provide positive feedback for the seller, I sent a somewhat rude response of my own explaining my frustration and received a note from "Stephen" apologizing for the hassle and my treatment, stating the book had obviously been lost by the USPS and offering a replacement copy of the book. They didn't have one, unfortunately, but I did at least receive a refund.

I will remember the name "FastMedia" and not purchase anything from them again, either on this site (which I'll probably never use again) or any other market I see them on.

I am glad, at least, that "Stephen" tried to make this right but I am sorely disappointed I couldn't get that book, which is somewhat rare."
