I was refunded on 2/11/13 for the purchase, never notified about the refund or reason behind why, and never received my book I ordered. If the book was not in stock, why was I never notified about it? I finally received confirmation on 2/15/13 that the book was never in stock. I do not appreciate the lack of communication, nor the inconvenience. This book was a requirement for a class and due to the irresponsible actions of BookByte, I still do not have the book I need, and have also been deducted points on my grade for this particular class because I can not find a copy of the book.
