"The items I purchased were not at all as described. The cover on "If You Give a Moose a Muffin" was torn as was the box on the "Tales From Pixie Hollow" set. I did not receive an e-mail when my order was shipped as promised, and shipping was very slow. I will not be shopping from BookByte again, nor will I recommend it. Thank you."

"The price and the free shipping was great, but the "expedited shipping" method used was a disappointment because I was under the impression that it would be shipped USPS and that Saturday was a "working day". But they have a lot of textbooks available, good prices, offer free shipping on books over $49.00, and good satisfaction guarantee. I will probably check them prior to using ebay and Amazon in the future because I had no problem with them shipping to Puerto Rico, and most vendors on ebay & Amazon will not ship out of the continental U.S. I am just waiting to find out more about their return policy because my first order has to returned. But I will probably use them for future textbook purchases."
