"Bookingwiz.com is easily the worst booking website I've ever used! The processing of orders must not be automated because anything booked after hours or on weekends won't be processed. I booked two tickets to Phuket, and my flight is in just a few hours and still haven't received my official booking number. To avoid paying twice for the same tickets, I'm wary of booking with another website in the case the transaction goes though. They don't allow cancellations, refunds, or changes."

"I have booked flight ticket on Saturday morning (GMT+7), price appeared on their website (and other competitors) as I check the ticket price via sky-scanner - then we pick this company randomly. On Sunday morning - actually it called the middle of the night (1 am) our time zone, there is Booking Wiz staff called us from Santiago, call to verified and advised that the ticket will be sent to us in few minute.

We wait until Sunday night (9 p.m., GMT +7) we decide to call to Booking Wiz customer service to follow-up with our ticket, we found out that our booking is cancelled without notice (almost 48hr after we booked) and they advised that the fare is expired...ohhhh, this is the answer we got after 2 days awaiting?? and now flight ticket fare is raised to double price....

In conclusion, do not waste your time and take risk with "no name" travelling agency as you cannot expect any responsibility from them and low skilled staff in terms of customer service and keep repeating the same thing that not help you at all."
