I was happy to book my trip onBookIt and after clicking bookit I received an error and the confirmation code did not display. I did however get an email, and even though I selected travel for my daughter and I (our information is preserved) and I double checked before confirming, my name was on the itinerary twice - which makes no sense. I called in and spent 1 hour 50 minutes on the phone trying to fix it - first they rebooked it with the wrong date, and then finally it seems to have worked, but I am paying almost $200 more for the flights. I do not understand why my duplicate name could not be fixed and I hope I get all my money refunded to my card!"
