"When I first got to the hotel the front desk agent was very disrespectful. Even to the booking agent who was on the phone trying to help resolve the first issue...Needless to say, when I reported it management in the morning they were very upset about my complaints and concerns. They were very accommodating. Mrs. Joyce who works the front desk in the morning was awesome. I would go back and stay there just because of Mrs. Joyce."

Would be nice to pick outbound and return plane trips separately on different airlines. Prices also fluctuate from laptop to mobile. Mobile is slightly cheaper. It also changed a lot in same day within hours. Keep checking! This is our 4th trip using bookit. "
