"This is scam, no contact phone number, when you send email they do not respond, I send about five messages but never receive even one respond. I have been doing this for two year with other sites but this is the first time using this site and it's a nightmer. My item was been receive since August 16 and still have not receive anything from them and I have ask for my book to be send back and I pay for the return shipping but no answer either. I promise you stay away from this site cause it won't do you any good, it's pure madness. "

The one message they replied to they denied ever receiving my package, despite UPS tracking proving otherwise. Please, save yourself the trouble"

Orders disappear, are cut off, impossible to correct a mistaken entry.
I have spent hours on this site for very little return for me - or of course for them since I assume they want to buy books.
I sent them an email about problems. No response despite their cheerful web site statements about their great service.
I have sold over 7000 books this calendar year to about a dozen companies on behalf of the Burlingame Library Foundation. ALL are vastly superior experiences.
I keep thinking the site must get better, it's new, give them a chance. No improvement noted so far.
