"Absolutely the worst customer service for online purchases. I emailed them 3 times, and called them to tell them that I needed to change the the size of a pair of boots. I spoke with them a day before they were shipped.
They completely ignored me, went ahead and still sent the wrong size the next day. It took 13 days to get the wrong pair boots, and probably it will take a month if I wanted an exchange...( A very risky consideration based on other reviews)
Imagine. 30 days to complete a transaction with the risk of maybe getting the wrong size?.... CAN A SIMPLE TRANSACTION GET ANY MORE RIDICULOUS?
What's wrong with these people? who runs this place? Why can't they communicate and coordinate to please the customers that pay their salaries?

"this is the worst place I have ever done business with online. I ordered 2 pairs of womens cowgirl boots for christmas presents.
I ordered a 10 Cand a 8 1/2 c. they sent me a 10 1/2 and a 8 1/2. both had to be exchanged. So again I ordered a 10. Got a 10 1/2 again. The 8 they sent was bigger then the 8 1/2. I have contacted them multiple times for a return shipping label which I still have not gotten. I guess I have to spend another 28.00 to return them at my expense for their lousy products. "
"I ordered 2 pairs of slippers from Boot Barn on November 6, 2008. The slippers were too small so I returned them following all the instructions Boot Barn provided. They were delivered back to Boot barn on November 17, 2008. When I received my credit card statement dated December4, 2008, I noticed that my account had not been credited. It took a week of calling before someone finally answered their Customer Service line. I was told that they were behind but would issue my credit in the next few weeks. I checked my credit account online this morning and still no credit. I called their Customer Service line and again no answer. I called their main phone number and finally got a hold of someone who could barely take a message. She told me someone would call back. I did recieve a call back within the hour and was told that they were still behind but that they put my credit through today.
I think that Boot Barn should stick to retail and forget about internet sales."
"Ordered 6 accessory items from the Boot Barn on Dec. 5th. They charged my credit card for the full amount on the date of the order. I assumed this meant the entire order had shipped. I received no shipping information, but when a package showed up after several days with only 1 item, I called to request tracking information. They promised delivery of all items before Christmas and gave me two tracking numbers. These packages showed up several days later, but with only 1 item per package! Now I had half, 3 of 6, items and still no information on the remaining items. More phone calls, more promises. I received one more item and they failed to return phone calls and cancelled the remainder of the order -two items that would complete a set - two days before Christmas!
AND they failed to refund the full shipping costs for the two items I didn't get.
I won't order from them again!!!

"This store has a lot of selection and good prices. I ordered a pair of boots and needed them quickly, so paid the fastest shipping. They had claimed that it would take up to 6 days for what I paid as UPS 2nd day air. They say their processing may take a few days before shipping. Fortunately, they did not take that long and my order was delivered within 3 days!"
