"This was the first time I used BorrowLenses and they completely exceeded my expectations. I ordered a 135mm f2 for two weddings over the weekend and used a credit card for payment. To prevent fraud, my shipping address had to match the billing address on the card. Since it didn't, they e-mailed me to contact the card holder and add the shipping address as an alternate address. I overlooked this e-mail, which could have delayed the lens shipment, but a friendly rep also called to update me. I love that additional personal touch! The lens arrived in perfect order in a well padded box with a prepaid shipping label and directions on how and when to send it back. An e-mail reminder was also sent to tell me when to have the lens shipped and postmarked by. I'll definitely use them again!"
