"I have rented two lenses and have had no issue. The only bothersome bit is having to add a delivey address if the billing address didn't match...I had never heard of this process previously.

As for service, all of me emails were attended to with relative quickness. I would recommend when returning your rental to emal Borrowlenses the tracking number (I sent a picture of the receipt & the tracking number).
