"I borrowed a lens for three days. I dropped it at a fedex box when it was due, 08/12/11. Later on I found out they had not recieved it. I called and spoke to Albert. He told me he was going to call Fedex and call me back. He called back and stated he will look into it and for me not to worry. The other day I find out they charged me for an extension. I called and Kyle, the manager answered. He di not believe a word I said. It was not fair for me to pay for Fedex's mistake. He stated he knew about the unrealibility of Fedex. If this is the case, then they should use a different delivery service. Kyle just nervously laughed to what ever I told him. In my opinion Borrowlenses.com is made up of bunch of thieves. Imagine if they do this to ten customers per week.That's over $700.00 they are stealing."
