"Talked with one of their sales reps on the phone and negotiated a price for a rental of 4 lenses over Memorial Day weekend. Was in a hurry going on the door so didn't take the sales reps name down. Long story short they told me they wouldn't honor the price agreed upon by sales rep.

Shipping was messed up to. I ended up having to pay to have the lenses shipped back to them. They did reimburse shipping costs, but it was a hassle.

Lenses were good quality, their customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. WIll not use again.
