"I live in Pensacola, FL where surprisingly, there is no where local to rent lenses. I needed some extra lenses for a big portrait shoot weekend. I rented a Canon 70-200mm 2.8 and a Canon 16-35 ii. I had 7 portrait sessions in one weekend starting on Friday. I ordered the lenses to be delivered on Thursday and returned on Monday. The lenses arrived on time. They were packaged well with lots of padding but nothing hard to open and I didn't have to take notes so I could know how to repackage them again. The instructions on how the process worked was very clear including instructions inside the box, sent to me via email, and updates on the order such as when my order had been shipped and received for return. Having the pre-paid shipping label and clear instructions made the return very easy. The lenses were clean, came with all the front and back caps with the hoods in great shape. The lenses were clean and ready to use right after unpacking. The whole process was very simple and easy. I was very impressed since this was the first time I had used a non-local service. I will be renting from them whenever I need lenses again.

Also, before I ordered the lenses, I emailed to ask for info about a few other lenses that I had never used and thought I might want. They answered within a couple hours with detailed but concise info with recommendation. I appreciated the extra customer service."
