"I am astonished by the poor service that this company provided. I am going on an African safari for 3 weeks and wanted to rent 3 different lenses. A week prior to the shipment of the lenses, I was sent an email saying I needed to verify my identity with bills and ID which I was ok with, then I was told that my combination of lenses was "suspicious" and that in order to rent, I would have to make a deposit for the full price of the lenses---$3,000. If I had $3,000, I would buy the lenses, not rent them. I was shocked by the whole experience and the customer service rep was inefficient and not pleasant to deal with."

The verification process was a little annoying, but probably necessary for them, and I think you only have to do that the first time you rent. Everything else was very easy and smooth.
