"I have two different orders with Botach, both were lousy. And let me say that Botach emailed me to do this review - I didn't go out of my way to review them.
The first order was for 6 Lancer L5AWM magazines, for $77. Pretty sweet deal, if only they arrived. In a nut shell, the order was cancelled after a week waiting for them and AFTER Botach provided shipping info. If I didn't check the order with the Botach website, I'd have no clue the order was cancelled. I also emailed their customer service and used the "contact me" form on the website - both yielded no response. Don't get me wrong, the money was refunded but left me wondering "WTF?!"
The second order was for a nice Geissele G2S trigger, which *was* cheaper than anywhere else and *did* arrive quickly. My concern was over the weird way in which it arrived. I've seen lots of videos about Geissele triggers and they all come in a nice box, with Geissele swag (patch, sticker and lanyard, IIRC). This trigger arrived in a padded envelope, in a plastic baggie with the install directions stapled to the bag - super odd, and shady.
After reading BBB and other online reviews, I'm left leaning toward NOT using this company again. It's been too inconsistent for me - I can get similar prices elsewhere from more reputable companies. "
