"Just ordered a single AR mag to test their service before placing large orders. It was supposed to ship in 2-3 business days. After 2 weeks I called them to see what was up, they said my items were on back order, even though they clearly said "in stock". No one informed me of this until I called, no emails, no nothing.
I was offered no explanation or apology, just told it would ship sometime within the next week. An hour later I get an email from botach, a notice of backorder, 2 weeks late. After more 5 days I called to see if my order had shipped, was told it would be another 3 days. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told one wasn't around to speak to. I asked when a supervisor would be available, and was basically told I would never get to talk to one. I then canceled my order. What was supposed to ship in 2-3 business days would have been over 3 weeks. No thanks!"
