"The company is a scam. After $800 and two weeks, I have no product and the company won't get back to me, no matter how many ways I try. The one time I actually got to talk to someone (you have to call "sales", they don't answer anything else), she was to relay a message & have someone get back to me. Yeah, right. Supposedly they drop ship from manufactures. All the manufactures should drop them. They dIscredit the name."
"I ordered 11 days ago. They said they shipped my order 9 days ago, and sent an email with a Fed Ex tracking number. The number only says that a label was created. There has been no updates to that, or a delivery date provided. I email Botach a few times, and have received no reponse at all. I called and only got a machine telling me to leave a message. I have received no call back. I tried the call me button, and it does nothing. I called Fed Ex because I can't get Botach to respond back in any way letting me know when I will get my order, and Fed Ex said it hasn't even been given to them yet, and they can't force a company to hand a package over to them just because they created a label. So, I would have to contact Botach for that. I have had bad customer service with companies before, but at least I could talk to someone. This is the first time I have ordered from them, and it's been a bad experience so far. "
