"I ordered two items on 01-21-2018 and one if the items went out of stock before my order got processed. That's fine, it happens. One item was still in stock though. I got an e-mail the next day telling me the item was out of stock and it said I would hear back in 24 to 72 hours giving me an estimate when the out of stock might be back in stock. I didn't hear anything for a week so I called customer service and got a recording saying to leave my info and I would be called back. After a week, I never heard back so I left another message each week for two more weeks. I then sent an e-mail to customer service and heard back two days later. I asked if they could send the in stock item and back order the out of stock item. Three days later, I got an e-mail from customer service saying the order had been cancelled. So, I'm ordering the in stock item again 5 weeks after I ordered it the first time, and hoping it gets to me this time. I've never seen customer service this bad. No one called me back after leaving 3 messages and the e-mail response was very slow."
