" Finally got an order straightened out. Initially, yes, it was my fault. I ordered the wrong magazines for my pistol, because the website has two variations for the same pistol, but I did not notice that initially due to the error in the description. I noticed that error within 10 minutes of placing my order and immediately called and left a message at Botach as well as sent them an email. I did receive an email in reply, unfortunately when I try to further correspond on that email address, no one responded. So I called again, and this time I was able to connect directly with a customer service representative. The customer service representative informed me that my order had already gone out, so she would be unable to do anything about it. I stated, that I had received a confirmation of my order, but it had not stated that it had been sent out. This is all happening during the early morning hours right after they open. After stating I would probably never purchase anything from Botach again, she said she would go to shipping and see what she could do. I asked her if she would please call me back. This is where she finally shined. She called me back, and told me that my order had been successfully canceled. Strangely, originally I was told that my order had already been shipped out. This is the annoying part of Internet shopping. Either tell me the truth in the first place, or don’t say anything at all. Lying does not help me. I am I have a customer at this point, because she did cancel the order, and I was able to re-order the correct magazines. But, I ordered fewer of them this time around. The only reason I re-ordered, is because I told her I would. After I receive my order, to see how Botach ships things, I may order items from them in the future. Right now, I’m still thinking it over."
