"I just received my 2nd order from BLT, a TV stand. No retailer had this stand in stock at anywhere near BLT's price. BLT's website let me place an order for the item, even though the item wasn't in stock. The item page has a great feature that checks their inventory in real-time and updates how many items are coming into their warehouses and the ETA. BLT e-mailed me with any status updates while I was waiting. I patiently waited for about 2.5 weeks and my item shipped via FedEx Freight. The item arrived in the manufacturer's packing which was excellent. There was no damage to the stand and I am extremely pleased with my transaction with BLT."

"Sent me a product that failed with no external damage after 20 days. They won't take it back without the original packaging. Since it isn't resalable, I see no reason for this except for an opportunity to avoid backing their product. If you want a replacement they make you pay for it. Then you get to hope that they delete the charge. Also, this unit was a Sennheiser product. I had read that they are fragile, but this one failed internally, not from pulled wires. Buy elsewhere, and don't buy Sennheiser."

"I found the company through Google while searching online for the item I found at a local Sears and Best Buy store. I was hesitant to order a glass TV stand online and from a retailer I hadn't heard of. It was $150 cheaper including s&h. I ordered it 1AM Monday morning and received it FedEx Tuesday afternoon. I'm one happy customer and would recommend ShopBLT to anyone."

"I bought a Bell'o TV stand from ShopBLT because it was over $100 less expensive than anywhere else. The order was shipped the next day,but after a week, when the UPS status was "Billing Information Received", I got concerned. ShopBLT immediately shipped me a replacement via FedEx which arrived the next day. The initial UPS shipment finally started tracking and was listed as "Out for Delivery". It still didn't show, so at ShopBLT's request I called UPS and refused shipment. The phantom first order is on it's way back and I've only been charged for one.

The stand arrived in perfect condition and is now displaying my 55" TV. ShopBLT was great and I'd definitely order from them again.

"mass effect 2 was comin out and my cracker jack box pc couldnt handle it so i decided to put together a new machine (360 sucks!). i found these guys on google and i have to say im pretty impressed. i ended up ordering almost my whole box through these guys. the video card (sapphire 5870) and the new amd c3 565BE were out of stock but i backkordered anyway. i like how you can see the stock level and eta right on the website why does noone else do that?!! one of their sales reps emailed me to see if i wanted my stuff that was in stock shipped to me right away or if i wanted to wait until everything was ready to go. i said to wait until it was all in stock. whole thing shipped free with fedex. long story short im writing this review on the finished box right now.

everything i got works fine. will shop with blt again for sure

"I bought a Turtle Beach Ear Force X1 Headset from them when they were out of stock, knowing I'd have to wait awhile. As soon as the headsets came in, early too, they emailed me and kept me in the know the whole way from when they charged my card to when it was on the way. EARLY TOO. "I ordered a tv stand (furniture) from BLT. It arrived quickly but looked as though it was air dropped without a parachute. At first I thought FedEx abused the thing but after looking closer The FedEx label was in good shape - the box and ten yards of tape underneath was damaged. The top shelf, middle shelf, and side had been damaged. BLT said I could send it back for replacement(124 lbs and the box was unusable) but I didn't have the materials to be able to return it. TechCraft, the manufacturer, says they will replace the broken pieces at no cost to me without me having to send the damaged piece back first.

"I was looking for a new TV stand, and checking for the lowest price of the one I wanted. BLT had that low price, but none in stock. I hadn't heard of them before, but thought I'd give it a few days to see if the item did come in stock. It did.

I ordered the unit, and in no time I had a FedEx tracking number. It was mailed that day. I expected it to arrive in a weeks time, but it was to show up the next day! For me, that equated to free overnight shipping, which is unheard of.

But, there was an issue. FedEx.com said they were returning it to the warehouse. I called BLT. The person I spoke to (yes, a real person.... no phone maze and voicemails) was very nice, and said they would look into it, immediately putting another unit on hold for me.

Follow-up emails came, and a new unit was shipped to me the next day. FedEx damaged it, and BLT sent me a new one... no hassles.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with them. Great price, real people and they handled a problem quickly and hassle free.

"Found the company through a Google search and they had the lowest price and free shipping so I figured I'd give them a try and I'm sure glad I did. I placed my order at 4:30pm yesterday figuring due to the hour it wouldn't even go in until the next day. Imagine my surprise and delight when my package arrived at my door at 1pm the next day!! Great price, great communication, super fast FREE shipping... what's not to love???"
