"I run an automotive shop in Las Vegas NV, and we had placed an order with this company for a cruise control unit on a classic vehicle. We received an email confirmation, and invoice number, along with our credit card was charged for the unit. 21 days later, I still have not received it, so I tried calling them, 8 times, and every single time, it went to a generic voice mail and was NEVER returned. I also sent a few emails, with reference to my invoice number, asking for a tracking number for the part we ordered. HERE IS THE RESPONSE THEY SENT ME:

order was cancelled, 4342 is no longer avaulable

So 1, they NEVER bothered to take the time to inform me that THEY cancelled my ordered, 2, they charged my card, and never refunded it, and 3, they cannot spell!

The customer service is absolutely horrible, and they basically stole almost 250 dollars from us, and there is not even a human being to speak to to remedy this issue! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Basically this whole system is a scam! Probably run by a child in his basement with a laptop!

PLEASE BE AWARE, none of this is made up, we are now 3 weeks into a project, depending on a part that apparently was simply never going to arrive! Would have been nice for them to take 10 seconds out of their day, and pick up a telephone and let us know they did not have what I ordered so MAYBE, I could have found this unit from someone else! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!
