"BUYER BEWARE!
my husband ordered me some cashmere pajamas for christmas. unfortunately, due to my father-in-law's diagnosis of a terminal illness right before the holidays, we delayed our christmas for a couple weeks.

when i opened my pajamas, i thought they were the perfect gift. i'm always freezing and i love the warmth and softness of quality cashmere. however, when i tried the pajamas on, i was sorely disappointed. first was a fit issue -- the pants hugged around my hips, not my waist, which is not how women prefer to comfortably wear their pants. the length was also too short by about 4 inches and the pants looks simply comical. additionally, the material was so hot and itchy, even in the middle of january, that i immediately took the pants off and never even tried on the top.

i asked my husband to please return the pajamas as they were ill-fitting and not the soft, non-itchy cashmere that i was used to. unfortunately, due to our delayed holiday and the very restrictive return policy for the pajamas, my husband called literally one day after the return by date.

customer service from that point on has been terrible. initially they refused to even talk to him simply stating he missed the deadline. after several unreturned phone calls and e-mails, he finally got a hold of someone and asked to speak to a manager. someone finally agreed to do a store credit. by that time, however, i was so disappointed by the quality of the initial product and the poor customer service, i did not want another product by this company. after several more unanswered phone calls and e-mails, we finally called the credit card company to try and solve the dispute. it is now 4 and 1/2 mos since we initially contacted the company and they still have not bothered to return any attempts to reach them by phone or e-mail for the past 3 mos. we are still in limbo with resolving the issue through the credit card company.

i appreciate a good product and i appreciate a company that will stand behind their product. in this case, i am sorry to say, we got neither.
