"I'm extremely disappointed in Bowflex charging me nearly $20 for a set of power rods and a rod rejuvenator. The items don't weigh that much to begin with. To make matters worse they tell give me a delivery time frame of 6 weeks... That's ridiculous especially for the price I am paying. The least Bowflex could do is provide free shipping. While I love the Bowflex Xceed gym I purchased, I am not so thrilled with customer service. This was the second time I contacted them, the first time I reached out to them via email, I never got a response. They appear only to care about sales not customer satisfaction. "
