Trying to get refund no email response or phone calls. If it's a backorder item then just go elsewhere. Quick update 3 weeks after review still no response or refund. "I ordered a set of select carbon arrows from this company. I have not received them and you can't call this company directly it's email only. Well the responses was to send me my tracking number wow. I spent almost $200 on these arrows. They come across as hey we don't care. I will never do business with this company again. Also I reported them to the BBB which they are not a member of. "

"After a couple of days of expecting a confirmation of shipping details I sent a email and got a response for a delivery date of 8/26/20.
I sent a reply email for a tracking number and haven't heard anything back. I have been in contact with PayPal. PayPal has a phone number listed for this company but no answer so I left a message. I don't expect a call back. I'm beginning to think I was scammed.

Since they haven't lived up to their end of the bargain, I plan on pursuing federal wire fraud charges against them.

If anyone else has been screwed by BHO, let's talk about pooling resources and perhaps filing a class action lawsuit against them.

"I purchased two items from Bowhunting Outlet and should have received free shipping because my order was over $49.00. however, i did not notice i had to type in a code to receive the free shipping and i was charged $9.99 shipping. I immediately sent a courteous e.mail explaining that $9.99 should be credited to my PayPal account. No response! Several days later i sent another e.mail explaining the same thing. No response! Several days i sent a third e.mail demanding a response. I received the following response: [ You were supposed to enter a code for the free shipping and you did not do it. ] PERIOD, END OF RESPONSE! I read all the reviews on this UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY and all the negative reviews were concerning POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! all of the positive reviews giving 5 stars had NO COMMENTS! This positive;y leads me to believe that the positive reviews were fabricated. PayPal being a very reputable company, took care of this for me although they had no obligation to do so. "I ordered a few things from these clowns for a hunting trip. I get an email from them a couple days later saying my order shipped. What I didn't know, is half of my order was out of stock and on backorder. Nowhere did they mention that my order wasn't shipping complete until I sent them an email when I received 1 item only. When I ordered their website said everything was in stock. I felt the communication was horrible, and will pay more in the future and buy my gear elsewhere."
"Another victim to this unscrupulous vendor. Baited me with a Martin Savannah Longbow, switched it with the Stealth. I was OK with that at first because the vendor "accepted" the mistake and promptly provided a merchandise return label AND promised to send me the correct bow upon receipt of the wrong merchandise. And that's where this story turns bad. After return delivery was confirmed, the vendor's customer service got belligerent with me in broken, incomprehensible English (all e-mail, no phone contact) and refused to 1.) send me the correct merchandise and 2.) provide my refund. They simply called it quits and went e-mail silent. It took 2 months to straighten out the mess with my credit-card company.
And another warning. We tried to resolve the issue with PayPal, but they were of no help at all and we wasted about 21 days with them. I guess that makes sense since this vendor is really a PayPal customer and thus they know whom to protect.
So avoid this company at all costs - don't get suckered in with lower prices."
"After making a $500 purchase from these people months ago I was informed that my purchased item was on back order but I did receive a date it would ship by. Fine.. The date came and went after a couple of months and I inquired about a new shipping date. Never get a response. Well... now I'm at a new address and needed an address change. I emailed them to ask if they could change the shipping address. All they say is no. NO. Hmm... ok well for an item that isn't even in stock yet I'm not sure why this was an issue. This is a gift for father's day, that day is in exactly a week now so I emailed one more time to ask what was going on and they finally wrote me back!! To tell me they CANCELELD my order. Bravo. If I had customer service as good as yours I'd be out of business. As an avid bowhunting family I will never return to this site. "
