"Pray you never need to return anything if you use this site. I bought about $1000 of things over time but on the last order I bought shoes for my wife and me. Hers were Elite Ariel Pink Womens Bowling Shoes Item# 0000308-000147. When she tried them, she couldn't slide in them. The slide pad was higher than the rubber around the front of the shoe so the rubber lip on the front was hitting the ground as soon as she stood on them. Sarah, from customer support, had me send her pics and when she got them said she didn't see anything wrong. All that was evident in the pics was how the front rubber lip was jagged and slightly overlapped and that should have been enough. She didn't even acknowledge that and said she'd take them for an exchange but expected me to pay shipping to return them. I cut the rubber down myself and they are working now but I will never buy another item from this site."
