"Ordered a two ball bowling bag. It came quickly. WHen it arrived, it had one damaged wheel. The box was damaged. After taking a photo, they had the delivery person come back to pick it up. After picking it up, they sent the new bag which arrived in time for bowling night. Lots of good compliments as the store sells great quality products. Happy with the wheels. Always check the rod which holds the wheels in place... it was fine at first until I rolled it, and that is when I found the problem.
