"Ordered two screen protectors for car audio head units on Amazon. They sent a plastic ball point pen instead. They do this to trick Amazon into thinking package was delivered. Amazon refunded my money and told me they get over two calls/day about this company. They will not be robbing Amazon customers much longer. "

I received my order fast (from US to Norway), and it had a defect - after a while, the Bamboo cover is kind of detaching from the rest of the cover.
I got a replacement quickly ( also the possibility of reimbursement instead), customer service was very friendly and very helpful.

"I recently ordered a cable to transmit what was on my Nexus 7 to an HDMI tv. When I received the product from Boxwave, it didn't work. I immediately emailed the company about the issue and promptly received a reply back from Doug in customer service. He went through some sugguestions with me to try and get the product to work and when it still didn't work, he provided me options in order to either get a refund or get a replacement part. I opted for the replacement part. Doug sent me a prepaid packing slip and I sent the device back and received my replacement part a short time later. Throughout the process I let Doug know of when I had sent in the device and he followed up and told me the status of my replacement. After I received the 2nd device and that didn't work, I emailed Doug back saying that I would like a refund as maybe there was a compatibility issue with my device and their product. Doug immediately sent me a new packing slip and told me what I needed to do for a full refund. This by far has been one of the best experiences I have had with a company. I appreciated Doug's timely response, his courteousness, patience and willingness to help. Even though the product didn't work, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase an item from Boxwave due to their great customer service. Thank you Doug for making what could have been a very miserable experience an enjoyable one. "
"I didnt think the product was great, which was fine. It is the lack of customet service that i cant believe. Ive been trying to return my keyboard for a month. They either dont respond to emails or respond with a weird attitude. Its very odd. Ive been begging them to send me the return forms. Also, they do not have any phone number, so youre at the mercy of their emails. If you buy from them, make sure you going to want to keep it!"

"I was surprised to see that this company had such critical ratings on reseller ratings, since I've never had an issue with them and this is probably my fourth or fifth order. If you're still concerned, check out their BBB (A+ rating) and Amazon ratings, which show that they are in fact a reputable seller with a lot of customers having a positive experience. They have great cases and screen protectors, as well as some nifty styluses that I find great for giving as gifts.
Their customer service team has always responded to me without any issues. I don't find it a big deal that they don't have a toll-free number to call them, as they are quite fast at replying to any emails I have sent. - the only delay being over the weekend when they are apparently closed.
With regards to the quality of their products, I've used their accessories with everything from my old BlackBerry to my new Galaxy S3. Their products stand up to a lot of abuse (I am constantly dropping my phone) and are very good quality for a reasonable price.

"Ordered three Boxwave screen protectors via their Amazon.com storefront, items were shipped in a padded envelope which USPS totally destroyed! Contacted Boxwave via the Amazon Marketplace email seller function and had a reply and offer to replace the items free of charge within the hour.
The replacements arrived in a padded envelope which was in a cardboard box, outstanding customer service! "
"I've done business with BoxWave for over 5 years and their products are second to none. 5 years ago, their screen protectors for PDAs were extremely high priced, but to me, well worth the money. I have purchased many items from them over the years. 2 weeks ago, I purchased a Kindle Fire case, stylus and 3 screen protectors. They arrived quickly as usual. The stylus does not work as advertised and I wanted to return it immediately. I requested an RMA with no response after a week. I sent 2 or 3 emails and finally received one response over a week ago to which I immediately replied with no response. I've called during business hours and left messages with no response. Tried another RMA request and still no response 5 DAYS LATER.
I will never do business with a company with non-existent customer service. Of course, this is the first time I've ever had to return something, so was never aware of the non-existent customer service. So if you never have to return anything or have a problem with an order, they might be okay to do business with. Never again for me."
"I have just received my shipment from Boxwave(a pair of snapshell cases and some screen protectors) and am absolutely happy with the quality of products. The screen guard seems really well made. It's ultra clear and almost invisible. The protector does not reach until the edges of the phone;but that's probably a good thing, given that my nexus s has a curved screen. "
