"These people don't tell you that your purchase will occur sometime later - if at all. THey dont' actually own the tickets they sell. THey imply it will take a couple of minutes to finalize it but really, it can take hours and days. THey wont respond to Chat and the phone numbers on their website dont lead to anyone who you can talk to - they tell you to go to the website. THey indicate they have a no refund policy under the terms of the sale. There are NO terms listed -- go look!! "
"I attempted to call the local Convention Center directly for concert tickets thinking I would get the most direct tickets and (unbeknownst to me) my call got “mysteriously” diverted to a company called “Box Office Tickets Sales”. Unaware that this was not normal for the Convention Center ticket sales I was sold 3 tickets for 69.50 each plus $26 in fees (plus shipping for e-tickets!) Later I found that those same tickets have been priced at $33 all along. We were told that the seats we really wanted were around $250 each, but are also much less, priced actually at $78. We compromised for way lesser seats when, actually we could have purchased those preferred seats for close to the price we ended up paying. That’s $250 each, versus $78 each. This company apparently buys up tickets (calling it 3rd party sales) and resells them for way more than double. Isn’t that what “scalping” is!"
