"The return process is something you'd think would be fairly easy. Not the case with this company. Your return request is met with a 20% return fee. As well as you having to pay to have it shipped back. So you will come out better keeping it and learning from your mistakes and moving on to another company. I will not be shopping with these money hungry people ever again. FYI i didnt necessarily want to return the item just exchange for a smaller item. The item was simply just too big for me."
"I shopped with this site one time. Not only did I get a defective product, when I attempted to return it... they only give a 30 days (strict) warranty. I had the product around 30 days before it stopped working. When I reached out to their CS department, they requested I send them a picture or video showing the defect (it was an automated product where the motor inside stopped working). I sent the video showing this and they replied asking if I wanted to return for a refund or replace. I like the product, so I requested a replacement. Due to the item I purchased, and since I was a few days past 30 days... I had to pay packaging and shipping back PLUS a "disposal fee." I was going to spend a decent amount of money just to send back a DEFECTIVE product.
Once I decided to keep the product, dispose of it for FREE on my own, and just order a different product off another website... I posted a 1-star review on their website. I get a message claiming it has to be approved by their team first (odd). I get an email asking me to confirm I submitted a review. I click the link and confirm. My review... after 24 hours... never posted on their website. Based on the # of reviews they get per product (not many) and the fact all of their products are 4-5 stars only... I'm guessing they cherry-pick their reviews and disregard bad ones.
Horrible product, bad return/replacement policies, and my review of the defective product never got posted on their website. Avoid this site and shop around. There are a lot of really good sites for these types of products. AdamMale for example."

"I have ordered many things from Boyzshop. All of it garbage. I was initially excited when I found boys shop online I even got the products I ordered fairly quickly however I wasn't able to use 1 toy because it would not hold a charge this boy cost me $120 and they refuse to return it regardless of their satisfaction guaranteed but if you read closely is not a satisfaction guaranteed it's a load of crap. They sent me a c ring that broke before I could even put it on and the other toy worked once then stopped working because it will not hold a charge. I once again tried to contact customer service to see about them exchanging or returning my items and found them to be less than helpful. They were unwilling willing to exchange or replace my items however if I return them on my own dime they would give me a small store credit. What is a sack of crap that was I'm making it my personal mission to write every review I can on them on every site so no one else makes the same mistake I did by ordering through boyzshop which is just a scam to steal your money do not order from boys shop do yourselves a favour go anywhere else and you will have a far better experience and probably get toys at work. They do not stand by their satisfaction guaranteed which is a load of crap are they send out products that don't work don't waste your money don't waste your time trust me go anywhere else.
