"I recently bought a bedframe for this company and was impressed from start to finish. The quality of the frame is outstanding, the delivery was quick. Instructions for assembly were very clear, labelling allowed immediate assembly with no errors. This is a company that thinks. Emblematic of their care was the packaging. All the pieces were in plastic, nothing was scratched. And, though seemingly a small detail but so reflective to their customer care was that all the Styrofoam pieces placed in the box to prevent damage if the load shifted in shipped were in plastic bags as well - no staticky broken pieces to clean up.
