"On April 17, 2013, I ordered an Ossur Formfit Wrist Brace. It was defective (straps too short); I purchased another locally as I was about to leave on a trip. and I informed the Brace Shop. I received the letter reproduced below that promised a full refund. I phoned customer service and the rep. said they were trying to deal with the manufacturer about this. Despite repeated letters from me (last November 26, 2013) they never sent an RMA number and I never heard from them again except for ads. Stay away.
