"I purchased my new Bragada Mattress (Milan Model) in July 2013. I never rush to judge good or bad so I am submitting this a few months later.

I will tell you wifey and I are very pleased with our new Bragada. We did our research and decided on a King Milan. It has a softer feel yet relieves so much of the pains we were having with our previous mattress (air bed)

We did have one mix-up on shipping but their customer service team was just perfect - handled it very well (ended up being our fault even!)

We now sleep less because we sleep so well - I highly suggest a Bragada Mattress because if your experience is 1/2 as good as ours youll be very happy. "
