"Avoid this merchant. An order placed for overnight shipping still showed as "pending" 3 days later, and every attempt to contact the company was a failure. On top of that, there was no 'real' contact information about the company other than a random email address, and no address listed for this company."
"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! You are reading a review from an avid online shopper with multiple experiences with third party sellers. Here's why:
A.) It is IMPOSSIBLE to find contact information for this company and their customer service reps, if they even exist, do not respond to any customer concerns. The company promise is a response within a maximum of 48 hours of the sent message. I gave up after three days.
B.) There is no indication of inventory status of items on the website. It took them three days after I placed my order to tell me that the item was back-ordered and that my order had been canceled.
C.) When I finally found phone contact information after a 5 hour online search, I was directed to the domain owner of braigo.com. I sent him an email with a complaint about my situation. Coincidentally, less than 2 hours after sending the email, my order was canceled. WORST ONLINE SELLER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, NO CONTEST. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!"
