My credit card had not been charged or any confirmation sent. Upon calling them 3 days after ordering, they pulled up my order on their screen and went to confirm the part was in stock. It was shipped that day after they charged my card and confirmation email sent. This hiccup made me give them 4/5 stars. Their prices were literally THE BEST on the internet, so I will be back in the future! "

"I normally buy all my brake pads at the local O'Reilly's. They sold me a set of pads that squeeled constantly even though they were installed correctly. O'Reilly's told me to try brake lube and said nothing was wrong with the pads. Instead of getting the run around again I decided to check online and see if I could get brake pads cheaper. That's when I found brakepadwholesale.com and got a full set of Wagner Thermo Quiet Ceramic brake pads for 3 bucks more than I spent on the semi-metallic and organic pads from O'Reilly's, that even included shipping!!!!
