"Order placed on 8/4 has not been processed and I cannot reach the company. The email given as contact bounces back as undeliverable.
So far - no invoice number, no UPS follow number, no contact email, ZIP.......
Very unsatisfactory so far

"Ordered Adobe Acrobat 5 and have never received the product or a refund. They never return my calls and I was promissed a refund that they never gave as well. It's been just shy of 3 months now."
