"Had one order of 500 bottles where the lids just turned but didnt open. Had to return the full order which included me taking everything outside down two flights of stairs to leave outside on a pallet. Also had to carry the repeat order from outside as the driver refused to delivery it to the office.

Next batch had defective lids which cut a clients hand. Yet instead of taking it seriously I was asked to provide photo of the injury and have waited 2 weeks for a reply back from the suppliers...

Also some bottles seem to produce gangrene at the bottom when left on display.

Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who values their clients safety and company reputation. "
