"First of all, let's talk about the dress I ordered. It came wrinkled, it had a weird smell to it, the sequins were falling off the dress, it was too big, and it's not even the right color. Naturally, I went back to the website to find someone to talk to about my issue. They have a live chat option where you can go and talk to someone for 'instant help'. The lady I spoke to was useless. Every question I asked her, she referred me to their 'complaints' section of the website. I then asked her what the point of the live chat was if all they were going to do is refer us to somewhere else where we would have to wait a day for a response, but she disconnected. I went to the complaints section, filed a complaint, and their response was useless. All they had to say was "sorry, we can give you a 15% off coupon for your next purchase." ...Like they expect me to order anything from them every again, heck no. Come to find out, they use other designer's dress pictures as their own. They put their logo over the dress and they claim it as their own, when really all they're doing is attempting to make the dresses themselves. Horrible, horrible company. Save your money and don't order from them."

"This website has been a hit and miss for me. I have bought two dresses, the first one was a good dress. The only problem was that it was very small, I should probably have ordered two sized bigger than what I usually order. Since the dresses are custom made you cannot simply return and ask for a bigger size so you have to be careful with that. The second dress I bought has been a nightmare. The dress looked absolutely nothing like the dress in the picture. It looks like a horrible cheap imitation. I have contacted their customer service to try and return the dress since their advertised return policy is "If the dress is not what you bought you can return". They have offered me a 10% or 20% return but basically do not want to return me my money.
Overall, I think buying a dress here is a big risk since if they do not deliver to your expectations the probability that you will be able to return is very slim. Not worth the risk. "

"I started looking for reviews after I made my order. I was so scared about my dress, it quality and whether or not I was going to recieve it. Even though the rhinestones used weren't the same at the picture I can say I was the hottest chick at my friend's wedding. I received too many compliment about my dress that day. The shipment was fast too! I cannot say nothing negative. Well sew and good material. Price are super! I can't complain about the rhinestones because of the good price. "

"SCAM! RIP-OFF! They will take your money. We purchased a dress for prom and the size was wrong and the color was wrong. They only give you 3 days to contact them and we did this. We have sent pictures, gone online to their live chat and now it's been 30 days and still no answer as to how to ship the dress back and get our refund. This is a China company posing as a USA company and they have another site: LovingDresses which is the same company. Horrible customer service, actually it doesn't even exist. How can you call China? I just want my money back."
