"First thing last friday I placed an online order to replace my broken microwave. I figured that I would get delivery with a week. This is the middle of the third business day and they have yet to even process my order. My card hasn't been billed yet and they have no clue when it might ship, but they are still in business. If I had known that they would be this slow, I would have paid the $15 extra to buy the same microwave at Home Depot. I would have had it 6 days ago!
I found out that this company lists items that it doesn't have in stock and may not even be available. Not a good way to lure customers.. Buyers be ware!"

"I ordered a refrigerator from brandsconnection.com. They shipped it as promised. They contact me to schedule delivery date and showed up right on time, they unpacked it, took all cartons and garbage out and took my old fridge. Great service on their part. I love my new fridge, no hustle at all ordering from them. The whole thing took me 2 minutes to order. I will definitely order again from them if I need any appliances. "
"Do not order from Brandsconnection.com! The customer service I received was the worst I have ever experienced for online shopping. I ordered an above-range microwave oven based on dimensions posted on the Brandsconnection.com website. As it turns out, the product delivered did not have the same dimensions and therefore does not fit into the installation space. I notified Brandsconnection.com about this error and they referred me back to their policy statement that essentially states that all errors on their website are not their responsibility. I am struck by the fact that they take no business accountability for the erroneous information that is posted on their website. In fact, by reading all the disclaimers, it appears that they go out of their way to place all responsibility on the customer. To return this item, I will have to pay a 25% restocking fee ($66 for a $264 item), all shipment costs, including the return shipment costs ($41.02 for original shipping plus the return shipping cost). Brandsconnect.com's sense of customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in online shopping. "
