"I Ordered a dinosaur costume $224.92 and never received it... they sent me a false tracking number replied with a weird email . Unfortunately by the time I disputed with my credit card they couldn't do anything as too much time had passed .

Haven’t received my package!

"I order my son’s costume 9/19, with expectations it would be delivered on 9/29. Here it is 10/6, still no costume and the company isn’t returning my calls. The post claims they have no proof the package was ever dropped off, as the only tracking info states a label has been created per the Banning CA post office. Extremely disappointed and upset as my son’s Halloween program is next week and we’re without a costume…. We’ll have to “settle” for something found locally to meet his schools requirements… do not recommend!!"

"Do NOT buy anything from this site!! They're scammers. They take your money and you never receive your item. I purchased a costume for my son. Received a confirmation email and then never heard from them again. They don't give tracking info or a number to call. It's super fishy. Don't waste your money or time. It asks for an invoice # but I was never given one. "

Don’t use them!!

"Never Received my item that I ordered from Walmart.com. It was over 14 days for delivery, the US PS tracking number said there was a shipping label that was created but that was the last movement, I thought it was wrong I waited over 15 days and never received the item. I don’t have a way to contact the company and Walmart was no help so far. They never sent an email or anything. The item on Walmart.com moved to delayed after 15 days"

TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY!

"Grandma ordered a "boogieboard" for her granddaughter for Christmas from Walmart.com (thinking it was safe because it was Walmart), but it was this 3rd party seller Brands On Sale. By the time Christmas came, and the boogieboard was way too small for the kid, Walmart couldn't take it back since it was this 3rd party, and Brands On Sale REFUSED to take it back because it was a few days out of their 30 day return policy! It's the HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!! Most companies extend their return policy time during the holidays to entice people to purchase early (ie: Black Friday), but this company wouldn't budge, were totally RUDE and would NOT stand by their product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU FOR SURE WILL NEVER NEED TO RETURN and you don't mind paying triple what you would pay at Costco, Walmart, or Target. HORRIBLE COMPANY. HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY. HORRIBLY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"I ordered a costume thru Amazon. It was too big. I followed their instructions to return it, MUST BE RECEIVED IN 5 DAYS. I paid $11 to send 2 day priority. After 5 days of not hearing confirmation that they received it, I emailed them. They had not received it yet. Panicked, I started the ball rolling with my post office. They looked into it, said it was received on the seller's end in Banning CA. Over the next 3 weeks I had numerous conversations w/ my post office, the seller's post office and the seller. I had a lost package, or so it seemed. The post office workers opened several investigations to find the issue. The seller got snappy with me, saying they had not gone thru all their returns. Remember the 5 day policy? Bullcrap. The seller's post office said that this business is notorious for not picking up their mail in a timely manner. I filed a claim w/ Amazon. Instant return. GO figure !"

"Like everyone else who is foolish enough to do business with this fly by night, pond scum company, they farked me over at every POSSIBLE opportunity. The item they sent me didn't even VAGUELY RESEMBLE the picture of what I was SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE. After a BUNCH OF LIES from these 'people', I finally twisted their arm, and got am RMA. I will recover LESS than $20, of the $45 the item I bought cost me. These CRIMINALS need to be stamped out like the COCKROACHES THEY ARE. They have NEVER RECEIVED a good review from ANYONE. They are nothing but criminals committing FRAUD time after time after time. They seem to sell items they don't have in stock, and probably NEVER had in stock. Then, when your order never arrives, they try to convince you that what you want 'just ran out of stock', and to take something else. Two bit con artists. The worst of the worst. You send them your hard earned money, but you never get what you wanted and expected. Read ALL the other reviews. Don't give these grifters a single red cent of your hard earned money. "

"AWFUL customer service and business practice!!! They have no control over their inventory and are SUPER unorganized and unprofessional. Tried to place an order for a costume for my daughter twice, the first time it had issues charging our card and didn't let us know until a week after we initially placed the order, the second we found out we placed the order again because we REALLY wanted this costume for our toddler and this was the ONLY place that has it! So we placed the order AGAIN, it charged me right away, I checked back a few days later because I still didn't see a shipping update, and it is now less than 7 days away from Halloween. So I call after sending them 3 emails regarding the shipping and receiving no response, and on the phone the rude and unprofessional girl tells me they are OUT OF STOCK of my item and tries to a rue with me about the logistics of my order and when it placed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! She showed no remorse and I asked to speak to her supervisor and she put me on hold and then I got transferred to a random mail box. Great. Thanks. I wonder how long they have actually been out of stock of this item. But they wait until 4 days before Halloween to tell me! I am BEYOND MAD. I have NEVER had this kind of terrible overall customer service. This company should NOT be in business period. I supervise a retail store with store fronts as well as online and there is absolutely no reason or excuse for this kind of incompetence. "

"Worst - and I mean worst - online retailer ever! The interface is horrible -- you can't find your order and can't communicate electronically. Calling is no better - they never pick up the phone. They had a problem with my order and never contacted me. When I finally got through, they said that they didn't have any resolution. I will never order from this retailer again -- you should not either!"
