"Brandsdragons wrote a reply on my review of SammyDress stating that they have resolved my issue. Yet, they have done nothing of the sort.

Their Customer Service is terrible and there staff are not helpful at all. Their phone line does not work, this is a huge scam. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I have been arguing with SammyDress since the beginning of December for items I purchased with expedited shipping in November.

These companies will not give you a refund either, they will only allow you to buy something else off their site with your money. It is a scam.

I would not buy from these companies ever again. They are simply taking people's money and not sending you the products you bought. Then their support staff apologize and do nothing.
