"I purchase a Samsung 72" DLP 3 years ago at Brandsmart USA with extended warranty for both TV Set and Lap. In the last few weeks the Lamp light indicated need it replacement and about the same time I started to notice white dots on the screen. I figure it was the lamp. Called the extended warranty and immediately they send me a new lamp. Replacing the lamp restore the brightness of the screen but it showed even more dots. After calling Brandsmart again they immediately schedule a technician for the next day. Alex (Tech# 67Alex) show right on time, he examined the problem and determine that is a faulty DLP Chip. He proceed to order a new one and will schedule a visit to replace it once is received. I am very impress with the profesionalism of both Brandsmart as well as Alex.

Alex returned today and completed the replacement of the DLP chip. Excellent job and great service. Keep the good work."
