"I placed and order online and once it was shipped, they don't care about if it was lost or in hold in a local post office. I reached out to them several times and the answer was the same, they can't do anything with the package. "They charged my and they sent it out" their words. I paid for a package to be delivered to my home and it is on hold at a local post office for unknown reason. They never offer me any kind of help regarding this. They said, it is my problem and my package. The person who I spoke to don't have any idea of what a costumer means. I will never buy anything here anymore. The call was placed on 11/07/2019 at 10:35am."
"Missed a call from service dept letting me know technician was on his way, called back exactly 1 minute later and was that it was too late technician was already “out of my area” and had to reschedule, we have been waiting for the part to arrive for 3 weeks, my mom is 94 years old has a medical condition and has not had a home cooked meal in 1 month. I explained and begged the customer service lady asked to talk to a supervisor or manager and was told everyone was too busy to talk to me. My whole family have been faithful Brands Mart customers for years and we have spend several thousand dollars at their stores. They treat you like 2nd class because you did not buy their extended warranty.
Need this to be resolved asap

"If you are a Fortiva store credit card account holder, beware of possible fraudulent activity by associates at this location. We visited this store yesterday and the associate at the customer service desk, requested my husband’s last 4 digits of his SS#. He was hesitant to give this information to the associate so she called an assistant manager. She advised him that in order to process the transaction ($40) this information was required. He advised that he would comply only if they did not write down the info on a sheet of paper. Guess what, as soon as he did, the assist manager wrote down the numbers. We both witnessed it. He visited this store and has used his store credit card, and not one associate had requested this information until now. We have placed an alert with Fortiva and I have emailed BrandsMart corporate office. Last year, we filed a formal complaint for unethical, deceptive business practices and now this?!? You have lost our business.
**Update** According to their customer relations department, this is the norm to look up a Fortiva account holder's information in their system. No explanation was provided on why this only happened recently and not for any previous store purchase. Any associate with this private information can commit fraud. Think about it, an associate can take a screenshot of your DL and with the last 4 digits of your SS #, they can apply for a new credit card somewhere else and commit fraud. Keep that in mind when you decide to use your Fortiva store credit card. I definitely do not agree with their slogan, " Customer service is our #1 priority". If that were true, you would retrain your store associates to provide excellent customer service all on all levels, from your cashiers all the way to management."
"Brandsmart delivered a washer and dryer to my house, and the men who delivered my appliances pushed my sofa up against my wall to make room to walk through (with no permission), and broke a mirror off my wall. The mirror frame broke and could not be fixed. I had to toss it. When I called customer service on Monday to report the damage, the Home Damage Dept asked me why I waited until Monday to report it, when my delivery was Saturday. I told them I didn't report it in front of the two delivery men because I'm a single woman who lives alone and was fearful of the confrontation in front of those men. It was a safety decision I made for myself. Any woman in her right mind, would do the same. So I waited until first thing Monday morning to call. They also said they asked the men if anything happened, and the men said no. Of course, they would never admit to damaging my home. So due to those 2 reasons, my home damage claim was DENIED! And I'm being forced to replace my mirror out of pocket. I spoke to Jared B., then his boss Paul Fogelam, which both were the least bit understanding, not to mention RUDE to me on the phone. Especially Paul. Paul went as far as telling me "being alone in a house with 2 men should not be reason enough not to make the claim right then and there". I also told him I'm 8 months pregnant and he said "being pregnant is not good enough reason not to make the claim right then and there in front of those men". So basically, my only option to make a claim was to make the call with the men inside my house, even if I was scared to do so? I even had pictures to prove it. Still denied. This department is pointless, if you're not going to take the word of the customer with damage to their home. I will NEVER use Brandsmart again. And I want everyone reading this to know that Paul Fogelman should not be the head of any department. He is rude, insensitive, and a bully over the phone. He raised his voice at me several times and cut me off while I was talking. The men who delivered my appliances spoke a different language. I only speak English. When I told Jared the weren't speaking English and I didn't understand what they were saying, he laughed and said "they know how to speak English, they were just doing it on purpose". Completely unprofessional to have delivery men walking around with Brandsmart logo's on their shirts that are purposely not speaking the language of the customer receiving the appliances. And in their own home, to make things worse. Those men need to be fired. Its an AWFUL look for Brandsmart."
"They damage to my TV loading - While loading my TV into the car the warehouse man put a TV stand on top of it damaging the screen and then they give me the runaround and even though it was caught on third video tape they keep on stating they lost the video and I can’t find it therefore they can’t replace the TV .. I saw a lot of people complaining about the extended warranties not being honored; I had planned to buy one. "Purchased a washing machine from BrandSmart and got their 5 year extended service agreement. Been waiting for someone to come out to fix it for nearly three weeks. The tech was scheduled to come out last Wednesday, but I never got a call to let me know at what time they would be arriving. I called and re-scheduled for today (Saturday). I did not get a call last night (the tech is supposed to call the night before), so I called today at 8 am, was told someone would call me. After waiting for two hours I called back and was told the tech called in sick that they can re-schedule me for next Friday.
DO NOT BUY FROM BRANDSMART...don't know where they get their appliances from, certainly they expect for it to brake, they sell you that HORRIBLE AND EXPENSIVE extended service, then they'll give you the run around. "
"Customer service terrible. Would not help on returns said I couldn't get my money. The lady if you want to call her that was very rude, and had no regard to my problem. I asked her how is she going to fix this, and was told it's not her problem that the item was clearance. It should not matter clearance or not it's not been used??? "When teying to retun they failed to return item in the box apparently no use, it was deffective and they refused to give refund. This company is not trustworthy. Equipments come in bad shape and the one located in Miami at US1 has the most rude customer service employees"
"My purchasing experience was ok with these folks, but the people they send to install after the sale AND the extended warranty people are borderline incompetent. It's important to understand that they do their own extended warranty work, which in this case is not a good thing. They apparently manage the extended warranty service part of their business to maximize bottom line and minimize customer satisfaction. I purchased an extended warranty for my GE washer & dryer and two years after the sale the door lock assembly on the washer failed. Initially they gave me an appointment 10 days out. I called them back and told them that was unacceptable and they gave me an appointment the next day. Now, that gave me pause right there. If you read other reviews, you get the feeling that their initial appointment is always two weeks out and unless you complain about it, you have to wait. So today the "technician" shows up and he can't speak a word of English except to exchange pleasantries. He has to call the office staff to translate my description of the problem to the tech. Having an electronics background, I was able to display the machine error code to him, showing plainly that the door lock mechanism had failed. So, he takes out his phone, takes pictures of the error code and the model/serial number plate and calls the office back so they can tell him what to do next. Of course they have to order the part, so now it's 3 to 5 days before I'll hear back from them. Do yourself a favor, if you decide to buy from these people buy your extended warranty direct from the manufacturer. Don't buy the BrandsMart Extended Warranty."

"Purchased a GE Refrigerator from Brandsmart West Palm Beach FL, 2 years ago along with 5 year extended warranty. Refrigerator stopped cooling properly (min 54 degrees) in early Dec 2017. Initially we were given an appointment three weeks after we called, but managed to get an earlier one after several pleading calls to customer service (with a number of hang-ups on their part). for a technician to at least check it out, part was ordered and received by them, now we are forced to wait another week to have the part installed early Jan 2018. EARTH TO BRANDMART: IF YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TECHNICIANS TO SERVICE A BROKEN REFRIGERATOR IN A TIMELY MANNER (OR ANY OTHER APPLIANCE FOR THAT MATTER), DON'T SELL EXTENDED WARRANTIES. "Purchased a double oven/range on line in November. Still don't have one that works. 1st delivery cancelled due to weather (understandable). Delivered 4 days later and it doesn't work. Took another week for a tech to come out and say "Hey, it doesn't work". Took 7 phone calls and 1 1/2 hours today to try to get another delivered. Now I have to take more time off of work to sit and wait and see if they will be on time for the next delivery."
"Purchased two Simmons Sectionals 9073 from Brandsmart Palmetto Expy location .These items were shipped to my hometown Barbados via King Ocean Services.After receiving i realized that one of the sectionals had one cushion missing.The item was still well wrapped with the manufacture's plastic and i honestly did not see any evidence of tampering.Everything else was intact.I reported this to Brandsmart's management only to hear i need to check with the manufacturer.This is the first time i have ever heard crap like this from such an established company.Why should i check with the manufacturer when i purchased from Brandsmart? I think i was treated disrespectful and it shows a lack of professionalism.I will not sit and be treated this way.I have the right to have my purchase completed"
