"I ordered lug nuts on March 24, the order processed and the payment came out of my account. After 3 days of no status change or shipping info, I started calling and emailing. You just get a recording when you call, no email response, no returned call as promised.
After a week of no contact, I saw the charge drop off my account. So I ordered a set from a more reputable supplier. They arrived in 4 days. Then on April 7, Brandsport updates my shipping status to "will ship in 6-8 weeks". I email the company again to cancel my order. Again, no response. I left a Google review describing my experience.
Then on April 22, Brandsport sends an email thanking me for my recent purchase and asking me to rate my experience on Google, ResellerRatings, and Yelp. So, here it is. I would avoid doing business with Brandsport at all costs. I've now read many similar reviews about them as well, so this doesn't appear to be an isolated incident. Now I have to watch my account over the next 6-8 weeks and be ready to dispute any new charges on the off chance they actually ship the order I've been trying to cancel."

I told Brandsport's not to ship the item because they took 2 weeks to ship the item. I asked for a refund instead because I located the same item from a local dealer. Brandsport's ignored my request, and still shipped the item 2 weeks later instead of issuing the refund. Do not do business with this company, you will regret it. "

"I bought some touch-up paint from Brandsport on 3/10/21 and promptly received an email back with the order info and order number but since then the status of the order is in limbo. I emailed them on March 17th as their voicemail says they will get back to you in 24 hours but still haven't heard back and it is now 3/22/21. I called them and left a voice mail but then decided to go through PayPal to try and cancel the order...Especially after reading the bad reviews on here. Also, high shipping charges for such a small item."
