"I had purchased a bolt carrier group from this highly regarded company. It was obviously made on a Friday shortly before happy hour. It would not fit in my aero precision upper and was promptly returned. I rectified the situation by purchasing a toolcraft BCG which has been problem free for several hundred rounds. My advice, buy toolcraft. Bcm is clearly an acronym for Barely Competent Machining."
"After seeing all of these terrible reviews I figured I’d write a review of my own. I have purchased many products from Bravo company and they have always been perfect. Just today I noticed one of their sling swivels I had purchased wasn’t functioning properly. I sent them an email and within a couple of hours and a few emails back and forth, they are shipping me a new swivel for free. Bravo company USA is a great company and I will continue to purchase from them. Support American company’s like Bravo company. "

"I purchased a $900 upper receiver from Bravo Company on 10/21/2017 My credit card was charged and I received my order confirmation. I have since not heard anything from them as of 11/11/17. My order disappeared from their website when trying to check status. I have called them several times a day with no answer and I have sent them 5 emails. 3 from my email, once I replied to the ordered confirmation and once I emailed them directly from their website. I have yet to receive any reply. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and now I have to wait until that is settled before I can purchase my upper elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed. A simple reply to one of my emails letting me know the status of my order would have gone a long way. I guess I'll never get to experience the quality of Bravo Company people seem to rave so much about. "

"I just wanted to let everyone know what a great company Bravo is. I placed a deposit for a purchase of the Carbine Ar15 as a gift and was to send the remaining balance within 15 days so items could ship. Due to the fact that I'm confined to the hospital I could not meet this deadline to extenuating circumstances . They have not only given me addl time not once, twice but three times and now has made an exception to work with me to get this order completed. They went above and beyond as a company to work with a customer. They have excellent customer service and has always responded immediately or in a timely manner. They even shipped me a gift and to wish me well for my condition. I don't know many companies that would do that . With any other company my deposit would have already been kept and told me that my deadline was up. They didn't have to give me addl time or do anything to accommodate me but they did. This speaks for itself . Awesome company !"
"I ordered a AR15 stock and buffer tube/spring from BCM. Total is $104.90. BCM did not put my complete address on the shipping label. It got returned BCM. I ask BCM to send it back to me. One week later, nothing happened. I ask them again threatening to dispute this transaction if they do not ship. They finally shipped it. when I received it, I found BCM shipped a pistol grip to me which was intended for somebody else.
I emailed BCM and asked for a full refund, since I do not want to deal with these kind of people anymore. They did not agree to refund me. Instead, they asked me to send the pistol grip back to them. They send me a shipping label for this pistol grip.
I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute on this transaction. The credit card company asked me to send the pistol grip to BCM. I did.
It has been 24 days. BCM has not refunded me. Their customer service does not exist, nor does their dignity. They will NEVER answer the phone calls. All they want is the money in your pocket.
I want to tell those SOB's at BCM: rot in hell with my $104.90 in my pocket."
"I purchased an upper from this company not realizing that
it wasn't a complete upper. I made many attempts to contact them to clarify the order or cancel immediately but THE DO NOT ANSWER THE TELEPHONE! EVER! I sent Email's with inquires and by the time they replied, the unit had shipped. While I contacted them via email, they said they would take it back (according to their return policy) they deduct a significant amount for returns. In my case returning the part, Not used in any way, just sent back,
cost me a whopping return charge of $133.00! Total Rip-OFF! Don't buy from these people unless you don't ever have a need to talk to them by telephone or want a huge chunk of your money taken for the privilege of returning a part. All they will say is "read our return policy" Sorry I ever ordered it."
